The gymnastics that you have to do when you want to find good quality on-model drawings of small-frame hebe/adult anime characters is unreal. If you search for Asuka, for instance, you're going to find a lot of off-model artwork. The first thing you have to do is to add -huge_breasts -huge_ass to filter out the bulk of the garbage, but that isn't enough. Then you'll have to add -large_breasts, medium_breasts, -wide_hips because there's still more off-model garbage getting through. Even now, you can't entirely filter it out because a lot of big breast and big ass drawings will simply have "breasts" and "ass" as tags. Now, you might be thinking that I should search for small_breasts to avoid all of this trouble, but you'll miss out on the good on-model pics that are simply tagged with "breasts" and I'll notice a lot of pics in the small_breasts search that look like medium_breasts.

Meanwhile, loli pics are just about always on model. oppai loli and huge_ass loli are the rare exception. You just have to search *character name* loli and you'll get the goods with very little fuss. There's no gymnastics involved. If you're somebody who adamantly deplores loli, but you love on-model anime characters, you really have your work cut out for you. I think that this is a big reason why so many people warm up to loli. It's just plain easier.
