The closest thing to salad I enjoy is pouring fresh spinach into a bowl with blueberries or raspberries and just snacking on it with my fingers.

But I'm right there with you. I don't like lettuce and I don't like ranch dressing. I'm not going to eat a traditional salad made up of that with croutons.

salad is used to balance the flavor of the rest of your meal
some salad also tastes good on its own too
but usually when you see someone eating some green leaf salad on its own with no dressing and just vinegar or something they're only doing it cause they're "health conscious" or whatever. if you want to eat something light and cant handle fruit i guess a leaf salad is perfect for you

the healthiest ive ever felt was when my main diet was salad, of course i put different things into it like chicken avocado rice and nuts and so on, lots of spices as well
