How come immigrants from Africa are so different from American blacks? I see people from Nigeria and Chad all the time and they're well spoken, well behaved, intelligent and polite.

Then why do you want it so badly? AB's would like it that way. Black cops enforcing the black politicians laws on the black community. This is exactly what they want. They went so far as to psyop the whole country with music to romanticize gangs. They're not African Americans they're black and they'll tell you that themselves.
This distinction is very important to them as without it they're merely remnants of a white man's utopia. American blacks just want to be different and get their 40 acres and a mule by forcing reparations for things they didn't experience.
In the modern day there is no systemic racism but the perpetration of this conspiracy is tantamount to ensuring blacks get what they feel they deserve which is a section of the US for blacks only.
I'd like to finish by saying American blacks are more racist than white people ever were.

Yup, it's true. Children of african immigrants statistically have the highest SAT scores, lowest crime rates, highest average IQ's of any racial demographic. They're quite pleasant. When possible I'll take a doctor with an african accent over another doctor.
