You can carry a gun pretty much anywhere and conceal it.
We have Amish people.
Lots of factories.
Fresh water beaches with no sharks or alligators.
We have black bears, bobcats, timber rattlesnakes, and black widows, but the chance you run into any of those is extremely rare.
Fall is very pretty.
Mostly flat/open fields or woods, until you go more south near West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Downtown areas are nice because we have plenty of attractions and it's 3x cheaper than other major cities like Las Vegas or Miami.
