Make sure you will be busy and won't have to go outside. Stay inside if you've never done it before.
Expect to get a pretty weak around the 36-40 hour mark. Have access to food if you want to end your fast early.
It's better to begin fasting at lunch, or in the morning, and go to bed on an empty stomach.
Don't be discouraged if you don't complete the 48 hour fast. 36 hours is great, and have in mind dry fasting is like 3x more effective than water fasting.
Just do it again until you're at your goal physique.
>>20941270>>20941273>>20941280Were you raised by single moms? I can tell from your hysterical, feminine name-calling. It's pretty embarrassing. You should really stop it. Not a good look.
>You’ll die if you go extended periods of time without sodiumNo evidence for this. The salt you buy in a plastic container does not exist in nature. It's a processed, refined rock that comes out of a factory.
Real salt rocks are absolutely disgusting, and you would never put that shit in your mouth. Real fasting is dry fasting.
I get it that you're all emotionally terrified of dry fasting (because you've never tried it) but you should really stop embarrassing yourselves like this.
