Is it true that in some countries you can be issued a ticket or fine for spitting in-public? I know The Chinese are for spitting wherever they please. I’m a smoker, so I involuntarily spit up a storm. I even keep a ‘spit bucket’ on my front porch. Since spit is kind of a natural thing to do, I think to need to fight for our right to spit. Who’s with me?
