heres how you make ramen the correct way:
>boil a pot of water>add seaweed while it boils to make dashi>add a tablespoon or two of miso into it, or alternatively add in leftover rotisserie chicken skin and breast, and the little bits of gelatin that stick to the bottom of the container (its essentially bone marrow)>while it boils, cut a quarter of an onion up or some chopped green onions, and some pieces of tofu (or any vegetables/meat you want to add to it), then fry them together>after frying, add it to the broth, add some salt and pepper>turn off the heat and add the ramen noodles>optionally crack an egg into a bowl, whisk it and stir it into the ramen (usually called egg drop soup)thats my recipe for good ramen
why do i just have a rotisserie chicken around? my parents always buy it since they're like $4 for a whole chicken
