The image predates the "special military operation" so its not autopsies from that, and it would be strange to perform them on war deaths.
I suspect its from an early phase of covid, and they are cutting open previously autopsied or embalmed people to test them. The PPE gear suggests they want to be "safe" but it could just be because its clearly disgusting.

Again I think its early covid and attempting to sample the dead, or there was some leaked chemical/pathogen they are trying to test for. Those people are autopsied, hence the stitching. But not all of them, some were cut open there. So its a mix of fresher and older corpses. But none are too old.
