It's entirely down to diet, but once a week is insane if you're eating varied food. And big meals, at that. American food will by and large give everyone sharts because of the staggering amount of weird shit that has no business being in food, but constipation is just the other side of the same coin and one shitting once a week is definitely constipation. If you don't feel bloated, sluggish, tired and heavy while carrying a week's worth of shit in you that's a miracle, or your perscription drugs making it impossible to tell how bad you're really feeling.
