Nothing. Eventually weakness, bad genetics and genetic illness would be bread out. There were programs for that. It makes sense if you think about the future. Some broken eggs at the start but much better future and life for future generations. If germans would have won by now there would be only healthy people.

There were no weak men as everyone had to go into into the hitleryouth and physical labor was not uncommon for children. Despite this if you were contributing with your brain (artist, scientist etc.) you were respected equally. The people back then went through crisis after crisis there was almost no room for weak men in the modern sense. If you look at nazi leaders like Göring who was overweight it was tolerated because he contributed more to Germany in his early life than most other Germans.
