what you CANT consume:
>cut ALL sugary "foods/beverages" you might be eating/drinking>cut ALL pasta/bread you might be eating>for the love of god cut MILK from your diet>no sauces whatsoever, no mayo, ketchup, mustard etc etc>cut ALL salt from your food, by this i mean added salt. salt is pure poison to your heart and makes you hold water ie more weight>avoid like the plague products with seed oils and sóy, these are high on estrogen which makes you lose testosterone and therefore makes you lose muscle mass which exists to help burn fat (muscle = good at fighting fat) >no "cake guy" once a week for being a good boy and keeping a routine. you are allowed to eat sugar/junk food once a year, at your anniversary and that's it.what you SHOULD consume:
>spinach, with every meal, yes, every.single.meal>drink ONLY water, try to go for 3 litres a day>obviously you can have sugar but from natural sources, such as fruit.>as pointed before, eat SMALLER portions, if you still feel hungry after a meal, just drink waterthink about it like this, people in general, don't respect fatties.
think about your heart, you wanna die at 45/50y old or at 90?
you will feel better, both physically and mentally.
