like you say this is supposed to be a karambit, right? there's a reason nobody has ever designed a karambit with the finger loop big enough for three fingers, and that gap between the loop and the grip is going to give you terrible blood blisters from pinching.
I've also never seen a karambit where the blade has cleaver geometry, because it impedes the ripping/slicing effect of the knife. but that part isn't a huge deal compared to the loop. Hell with pocket cleavers being en vogue right now that aspect might even get you positive attention.
