If you eat less, your body goes into starvation mode and adds/keeps more fat so you get fatter. You have to fast basically but that's unhealthy unless you want to lose like 100kg or more.
I used to not eat. Something small once a day. I ended up fatter, malnourished and lost my muscle mass.
You have to eat a normal diet (3 small to moderate non sugary or fatty meals a day). And you have to exercise. Like an hour a day.
That's normal and will give you normal body.
