People's opinions are 99% informed by their surroundings, so if the influences you sympathize with the most tell you to hate lolicon, you'll start hating it eventually.
This can be as simple as a 4chan post getting a lot of (You)s saying "BASED!! FUCK THE PEDOS!!", but obviously the problem runs much deeper than that, with virtually every influencer across the spectrum telling you that liking loli makes you an evil person.
Now, if you were there back then, everyone treated lolicon as part of site culture, so if you previously had a positive opinion on it, it will take more influencing to convince you that lolicon is bad.
