I cant find a job. I've been searching for 5 months. I either get an "initial interview" with a bored looking person on microsoft teams, then they either blank me or ask me for another interview, and then if you pass that 2nd one there's a 3rd one or a test that they make you do. Of course you dont pass the test or 3rd interview, which they usually ghost you for, and then repeat this multiple times with 500+ job applications. Why is nobody doing something about this?
