in germany we have a movie about a 14 year old girl who uses heroin and lives at a train station and prostitutes herself to buy more drugs. my parents made me watch it at 11 and made me sign a waiver saying i would never try drugs. i recently found the waiver and showed it to my dad. i thought we could have a laugh about it since i thought he knew i tried some of the more "harmless" stuff but he didnt. i explained that i rarely but regularly smoke weed and that i have taken shrooms and tried amphetamines, benzos and Opiades (for context i am 22 and live alone in a large city). after that conversation he drove of and after he came back he had a the first cigarette in 4 years. i heard him coughing and just left from the backdoor. we haven´t had an actual conversation since then except when we were at a family gathering.

Yes. The people I've met who got hooked were already abusing other opioids (tramadol, codeine, oxycodone, etc.) before doing heroin. If you don't like opioids you most likely won't get hooked

Yes, I use sterile cotton swabs from the pharmacy for filtering. With non-sterile cotton swabs there's a bigger risk of infections like cotton fever.
For cooking it, if you have #3 heroin like me you'll need citric acid or ascorbic acid to dissolve it in water. Add 30 units (.3 ml) of sterile water to your cooker, a tiny amount of either citric or ascorbic acid and heroin. Heat it with a lighter until the heroin dissolves, add your filter, stab it with your needle and draw up the liquid. Shoot it.

Every person I knew growing up with, who unfortunately ended up injecting heroin (or speed) ended up with stds. When you're stupid fucking high, you don't care that the crack head next to you sharing a needle has hep c or some other shit. Needles are just about if not more transmissible of STDs as gay sex is.
