If you think/interpret the situation in incorrect terms you'll make the problem seem bigger than it is. Just slow down with smoking, try to make it more special and only smoke when doing something that will enhance the experience(doing it with friends or going to a nice scenic park, etc), maybe use it as a reward for when you meet a certain goal, or only smoke when you've bought some of your absolute favorite bud strain. Just giving some ideas you might wanna try out.
