Being surrounded by similar facial abnormalities, americans think it's normal and it affect how they speak. Americans speak louder than real humans because they have jaw surgery and things like 'braces' that aren't used in other countries, so compensate by upping their vocal volume.

It's why american women have 'a look', being very similar, unlike genuine humans.
