Its not uncommon for Slavic Russians to treat other Russians, especially the Asian ones as if they're sub-humans
You can see this openly when you hear Russians talk about non-Slavs being sent to the front-line in Ukraine as cannon fodder
My friend needs surgery and is too afraid to go because, on top of doctors currently living in Russia being incompetent unless you're the wealthy top 0.1%, the doctors you do have left will most likely barely even try to do their job as they operate on you, as if you die while in their care, its no biggie, just one more "sub-human" removed from the Russian gene pool
