Let me give you the lowdown from somebody who's been there, you have most likely a perianal fissure. Meaning, you have a cut on the edge tissue of your ass, that gets irritated when you shit. The blood you are seeing on the wipe is from that, and in the realm of colorectal shit is pretty minor. You would be more concerned if there was blood directly on the shit log, because that's internal (particularly if it's dark in color, vs. bright in color which could still be external).
My recommendation is to eat food that facilitates bowel movements and to buy some hemorroidal ointment. Apply after EVERY stool, not just the ones that feel bad. Trust me, it's a slippery slope back to painsville. Hope that helps your butt problems OP.
