They're actually mentally a lot like black people in that sense. A woman burns the coal and then just finds a way to blame someone else for it mentally. Regret would imply she is taking responsibility for her actions and seeking to change. They don't typically do that.
It's:
1. fuck a black guy
2. both black guy and her have zero concern for the consequences
3. what do you know a baby
4. the black guy predictably has no capacity to handle the consequences and leaves without thinking twice
5. the woman has no capacity to handle the consequences either so she then begins searching for a man to handle them for her
6. she either repeats #1 and the process starts over or she dates around, but begins to blame men in general for not manning up to clean up her mess.
It's really as simple as that. People pretend it's otherwise because it's bordering on that whole idea of the "banality of evil" and to accept it you need to have a lot of psychological resilience and perspective or else you'll fall to a sort of nihilism and maybe end up killing yourself. So again, most people just suppress it or choose not to see it. The fact is, you share a planet with these things and bare minimum they think they're as good as you. They think you owe them. These are beings that are so detestable in their primitiveness, so contemptuous of civilization, that it's hard to not beat them to death or just start hunting them like the Predator for sport.
