How do I stop drinking alcohol? I hate my life for very many reasons. Yes, I'm a white male, yes this is political as I do believe this afflicts many people. It's gotten to a point where it's starting to adversely affect my health. I don't really know what to do about this but I can't stop drinking. I wish I had never been born.
