these are already staples in my diet but the filtered water is somthing i'd like to know about. I bought a filter for my tap a while back and the filter instantly turned black/brown when used so I have been sticking to bottled, is there a specific type of tap filter thats reccomended here?

If it's not natural for humans there could be a hidden penalty somewhere. At least drink the highest quality (most expensive) milk you can where the cows live outdoors, eat grass, aren't given any chemicals, etc.
