250,000 will be your initial move-in costs for your apartment factoring in key money and all the fees. This is for a cheaper place that's basically 1 room with a kitchen as well. Around 20m2.
Also, your cost of living is off.
After taxes, pension, etc.... (which is around 50,000)
You're looking at around another 60,000 or so on bills and food, plus an additional 12,000 or so for transportation. Plus rent.
So, your monthly expenses outside of Taxes come out to around 120,000 to 140,000 maybe more, depending on how frugal you are.
Basically, on an average salary of 250,000 a month, expect to have around 50,000 a month you can use for leisure/savings if you're good with money. If you're REALLY good with money, you can put away more.
