>>21131258Half glass basmati rice keep in water for half hour.
Take 200 to 250 gms mutton.
Take water three times the quantity of rice in a big pan...bring it to a boil..put spices..clice cardamon, tej patta..
When water boils put rice..the flavour of spice will come in the rice..
Cook rice but not fully..slightly less..
Drain the water from rice fully..you csn even put a little ghee in it.
Chop four to five big onions...green chillies 5 to 6..slice ginger..few garlic.
Take a big pan..put oil ..little ghee too.Fry the onions till pink..put tomatoes at this stage..put ginger ..chilly..fry well..on low flame ...tomatoes will get mashed...put the mutton.
Put 2 to 3 teaspoon chily powder..4 to 5 spoons dhania powder..garam masala powder...fry the mutton, onions tommatoes,well.
Put curd half cup..fry well..put turmeric powder.
Now put in cooker..let one whistle come..then reduce flame and two to three whistle come
Now mutton will cook.
If you dont have cooker..keep a lid on the pan with water and cook on slow flame..till mutton is done.
Open the lid or cooker..reduce water..yes put salt..it should become a nice thick gravy..
Now rice and gravy is ready..fry 2 onions...cut corrainde.
Take a pan..apply ghee..put a layer of rice..then gravy...then onion..then rice..onion gravy...finally corrainder...on the top make small holes put ghee...close the lid..apply atta on sides..put a pan of water on top...and give dum for 15 mins on sim fire...your biryani is ready
