1. You picked a box at random, and THEN drew a SILVER ball out of it. This eliminates the all gold box.
2. At this point you have one of the last two boxes. This is GIVEN in the problem statement, and isn't included in the requested probability.
3. There is either one gold ball or one silver ball left in this box (since it's the same box chosen in 1).
4. This means it's 50/50 since you picked a box at random.
