I just had a night of heavy drinking which isn't typical of me. And I felt so hungover. Bad headache, sooo so so so thirsty and then fucking hungry as fuck!!. I drank so much water. Ate so much food, took a hot bath and then slept pretty much the whole day. Now I feel close to being normal.again

How tf do ppl drink all the time, how do alcoholics exist. Like all that pampering I had to do to myself just so I could feel back to normal. So exhausting
