Its weird i slept 10 hours today and i still woke up very tired and sleepy , with a sluggish feeling throughout the day , my friends family and co workers and GF feel the same way ???

Is it something odd happening or is it just me can anyone relate.

Headaches, eye strain, tired more than usual.
And it's not just me either. Something fucking weird is going on. At first I thought it was the changing of the seasons and air pressure, but I don't think so anymore. More and more people keep saying they feel it.
