the main thing to do is research how to calorie budget & meals that fit whitin your calorie budget for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
i drink water at regular intervals throughout the day. initially i had a two litre bottle, but i found myself just jugging from it. so instead i got a 500ml bottle. ever since then i've been pacing myself when it comes to drink water, & easily i reach two litres a day. also i don't feel the urge to snack, but that's just me.
also it's good you're prioritising protein.
