Four years ago when I was 14 I had to go to the doctor for an examination and her 12 year old daughter saw me completely naked after my mother signed a consent form for her to spectate after the doctor asked. How do I cope with this?

If the genders had been reversed and I was a 14 year old girl who was forced by her mother and doctor to be naked in front of a 12 year old boy, there would have been an investigation and arrests would have been made.
