FIRST NUMBER IS A SET AND THE SECOND IS NUMBER OF REPETITIONS
THIS IS NOT A GOOD PROGRAM
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO BECAUSE YOU NEED TO GET USED TO THE GYM AND IT'S VERY SIMPLE
YOU WILL DO THIS FOR TWO WEEKS
YOU WILL GO TO THE GYM 2-3 TIMES A WEEK AT FIRST
YOU WILL BE VERY SORE THE DAY AFTER YOU LIFTED FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS
YOU WILL KNOW THAT BARBELL WEIGHS 20KG
YOU WILL NOT PUT ADDITIONAL WEIGHT ON THE BARBELL AND YOU WILL GET USED TO THE MOVEMENT THE FIRST TIME YOU GO TO THE GYM
YOU WILL WRITE DOWN YOUR PROGRESS ON PAPER OR ON YOUR PHONE
AFTER A WEEK WHEN YOU GET SOMEWHAT USED TO THE GYM AND EVERYTHING YOU WILL CHOOSE 1-2 LIFTS YOU HAVEN'T DONE BEFORE AND TRY TO LEARN HOW TO DO THEM
YOU WILL EAT AT LEAST 80G OF PROTEIN A DAY
YOU WILL SLEEP AT LEAST 7.5H A DAY
