>>21162643I fucking hate communism but if somebody could help me find a music video for a late 80's or early to mid 90's chinese / hong-kong communist unification song I'd be super grateful, I can't remember what it's called in the slightest and it's eating away at me.
The music video if I remember right has 3 principle "characters" or singers or whatever in it, I remember one of them is a woman of about college age years and one is a dude with round black sun glasses and they're dressed like stereotypical chinese communists (the pseudo military jackets, you know the look).
The song got some kind of remaster or re-release in the early 00's with a much more industrial looking music video. If I remember correctly the story behind the song was that it and the music video were put together by some hong kong communist youth organization or maybe a college club or something like that.
I've tried everything I could think to find it but everything I search for chinese hong kong unification brings up bullshit about the HK protests that I have no interest in and just searching chinese communist music hasn't delivered me any matches.
I heard it years ago and thought "this is kind of snappy", and have quested for it since.
