Is my apartment building jewish?

Well on the first floor, there are all these illuminated red EXIT signs, I don't think I've ever seen so many EXIT signs in an apartment building before because it's supposed to be a cozy place for people to live, not some type of office building or something, then there's electronic locks on the entrance and the gym that require a fob to open, um they have bright red lights on the electronic part that turn green when you unlock it, and then there's a bright red alarm right next to the door.

Isn't this kind of strange?
