This theory was originally proposed by Dr. John Beard. Dr. Krebs believed cancer only occurred when the body was deficient in vitamin B17. Vitamin B17 is found in apricot pits / apricot seeds.
Many tumors are full of the glucosidase enzyme, and when vitmain B17 comes in contact with glucosidase it converts into both hydrogen cyanide and benzaldehyde to kill the tumor. However vitamin B17 remains stable and non-toxic in the presence of healthy tissue. Both laetrile and amygdalin have a common structural component, mandelonitrile, that contains cyanide.
When taking vitamin B17 do not take vitamin C as it increases the amount of hydrogen cyanide produced.
