There needs to be a ban on tattoos, and they need to be illegal to get. Tattoo "artists" need to be thrown in jail if they continue to give them out. People that get tattoos need to be fined and made to pay for tattoo removal. Too many impressionable young people are being pressured into skin mutilation. It's especially a common problem in America and nobody wants to talk about it. Plenty of countries already ban tattoos
