I was hoping for a thread like this.
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/RKQlSUPMc0oLe based science men explains why filament lightbulbs are a "scam" and most of the energy is infrared light.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cWmH2yW3qsThis video shows the benefits of different types IR light.
A quick google search shows that filament lights give off near IR light which can promote hair regeneration, builds collagen, and promote cell health.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PuiKkpGo3kThis link shows that IR saunas can help battle mental depression.
https://youtu.be/nycAujdp708?si=4NbisYufGAxDoW-O&t=344This video compares different types of lighting methods using a spectrometer.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxQmaJYMOAkThis is another video of someone using a spectrometer but different types of lighting are measured.
This shows that candles and filament lights are practically the same on the meter.
Basically
Filament lights give off a IR that's present during sunrise and sunset which can help with mental issues, skin, ect.
Filament lights are practically 1:1 to candle lights on a spectrometer which is also similar to the suns rising and setting IR measurements.
Other forms of lights like CFL and shitty LED's can potentially be giving off UV rays.
Shit LED's can fuck up your circadian rhythm which is your internal clock in your brain that regulates cycles of alertness and sleepiness by responding to light changes in the environment.
In the states, you can still get filament lights for appliances like refrigerators and ovens.
Try to look for old lamps on ebay or goodwill that might have old lights in them.
