Sex is physical and material. "Gender" is non-physical and idealist. Therefore transgenderism is not compatible with communism or dialectical materialism. All these sexual orientations, gender identities,and fetishes are all just anti-working class decadent perversions of the white capitalist bourgeoisie and intelligentsia.
