the brown liquid is sambar, a vegetable spiced tangy soup has some excess spices but goes well with the crepe
the yellow is potato turmeric salt onion and green peper
the white is coconut chutney with green pepper.
the red is another chutney with red pepper and tomato
basically a very tasty spicey preparation
I had to eat 1.25 liter ice cream afterwards to balance the spicey heat
