You sure are, but i mean it's not really a big deal since amantes amentes has 4 side stories that fabula doesn't have. But i did download fabula at some point to uhhh see stuff, but i think i will just reread the whole thing at some point.

I Did, but I wrote it off as just being coincidence and it being just trends/clichés that people like back in the day, but the plot did give me a holy grail war vibe and a lot of characters felt quite similar or at least drew parallels to some characters from F/sn.

Yes, I played fate extra and (eventually) ccc after the English patch finally released. I played the extella games too.
