I have heard of potential for raised pancreatic cancer risk but if I recall it's not much above baseline, that's probably one of if not the worst cancers survival rate wise though so it's still bad, and I know it can exacerbate or potentially cause hypertension, the glucose swings to that degree I haven't heard of
