You might as well just move now and go to school here. Both America and Canada is beginning to pioneer competency-based higher education instead of semester-based.
Could literally get a degree here within a literal year through schools like WGU, OSU, or Penn State WC. Only downside is that the degrees you can major in is is fairly limited as right now. Finance, Comp. Sci, etc
