>>21275275I hate cooking, but I do it out of necessity because I don't have a gf/wife to do it. I like the food I make but I don't enjoy it as much as when a meal is cooked for me. The energy going into cooking the food saps the enjoyment of eating it for me. Its like damn I just spent 2 hours cooking, and now that's its finally over I don't really savor the eating experience because I had to basically wait 2 hours for the food so I just rush to eat it.
But when food is made for me, I didn't have to spend any time doing anything so I'm able to enjoy taking my time eating it.
Idk if what I'm saying makes sense but that's just how it is with me
Also I kind of feel like a retard when I'm preparing food because processes that take like 10 minutes for people that like cooking take like 30 minutes for me. So I'm standing there feeling like I don't belong in the kitchen
