Corps have no allegiances except to currency, they will toss everything aside and happily make media where everyone is Chinese and supports "the party". Every medieval game will star some mythical figure from Chinese history. It will all be Chinese really fast.
I don't think you understand what the loss of relevance will mean to the US. Our goodwill comes mainly from our culture. Hollywood films & television, music, PC and console games. Lose that and we're just the place with the huge military and nuclear arsenal with the senile old men in charge of it.
