Does anyone have a time machine to go back in time to around July 2nd, 1999 ?

perhaps to prevent 9/11 or create an alternate timeline

before you get there can you make a detour to June 2nd 2017 at Borough Park Brooklyn?

If a detour is not possible I could take the long way afterwards
