This means unplug your PC from the outlet completely. Sleep in a perfectly dark room. No black lights, no PC sleep mode lights, no blue lights, no phone next to you. Also, hydrate before bed. I found out that sleeping while dehydrated causes sleep panicking even nightmares, and people waking up with a rapid heartbeat.
Avoid weed and alcohol. Those are depressants and don’t give you proper REM sleep.
>>21272614I got my shit together and found out subconscious stress and insecurity caused it. I quit drinking, quit smoking, got education, spent time with my parents, and tried to make them proud. I also, got better sleep, take vitamins, and work out. I also have a balanced diet of regular food. No meme diets, though I do add more vitamin K. Most importantly, I self reflected and stopped bad habits. I don’t even have a gaming PC anymore. I realized that my life wasn’t normal. My life shouldn’t have been like it once was. I fixed that and I noticed my hair growing back. I had a nasty thinning stripe along the hair parting. Kinda like a cat has that thinning patch in front of their ears.
