Anon, this stuff is all imitative. Even Betty and Barney Hill based the appearance of their aliens on an episode of The Outer Limits they watched earlier. The video of the alien talking is a puppet, at some points in the video - Especially when it's "coughing" - You can see the black suit puppeteer off to the side. This is a well known and admitted hoax that gets pushed around every so often. A special on Fox showed about it during the 90s alien hype that had low quality "recreations" to drum up interest, and then later they showed the "real" footage and it wasn't any more convincing. Any actual archival footage would be from a more direct, clear angle, and would not be showing the alien's face the entire time. The thing never, at any point, shows the back or top of its head. That's a basic production decision and it's a very human one. What's more disappointing is that you've already made up your mind - Nothing anyone says will convince you.
And again - For what? Say that's a video of a living creature. Now what?
