My brother is one. I've been holding off saying anything but he just embarrassed me at my corporate open house, visibally sweating and sluring his words as he met all my bosses at 11am (alcohol wasn't even being served). I'm mad and ashamed, the guy is in the depths of alcoholism but suggestions from family have less weight than friends. But the guy has no friends either so idek.
