sex is like alcohol. Its good to drink socially, its not good to be an alcoholic. It is not that drinking is wrong, it is the addiction to the drink destroys you. Sex is subtle like this.
You only have sex with your wife, because sex is intimate and results in kids. You do so in a fertile manner, because infertile methods are corrupting to the heart - little different from being addicted to drugs, except these drugs make you do shameful, degrading things to yourself and lover. Lust corrupts the heart, is the reason why everyone is so unfaithful and impure, its how everyone became so insane. if you do not want to be corrupted, you have to show restraint - actually you need restraint just in general if you want to be happy. Loving procreative sex keeps things naturally in good balance, and grounded, it is the gold standard. Infertile sex is just being done out of lust - now lust is not bad any more than anger is bad, it is more that it is something that can be bad.
Understand, addiction is the source of all unhappiness and trouble in life, and this is where all the shameful things we see come from, they are the results of sexual corruption. That's why you cannot live according to your lusts, you cannot invite that spirit in, because it will come over you, and you will be corrupted by it. You need to reject shameful things, and maintain your dignity. A simple way to keep one foot out of the water, is to make sure you keep all your sex procreative.
Again, its like alcohol, you're supposed to enjoy it, be horny and passionate, even a little pervy, but if you find that what you are doing feels shameful or immoral either stop, or at the absolute very least find the least bad version of it that still satisfies. You cannot allow yourself to feel guilty.
