Stop eating/trying to eat so much beef because no, Americans don't eat beef everyday (at least the normal ones). And beef isn't necessarily healthy when eaten often. If I was in your position I would try to collect as much gov assistance as possible while trying to get an education towards something. Do you have a HYSA? Do you have debt? Try to talk your way out of paying your family so much for rent. You could mention you're saving up for something.

I can't afford any schools or real career centers I can only pay for stuff like online courses or free certifications/programs. do you have any suggestions?

HYSA is a high yield savings account. I don't know how Vietnam works but I assume you guys have trustworthy banks? Keep your money somewhere were it can grow. If possible save 15% of your income. If you can do this I think you'll be in a good position in a year or so. Depending on your personality/tolerance for shitty jobs you could try to code money jobs which are generally pretty easy and make a lot of money. Construction is better if you're not a hikikomori. To be honest it sounds like you're in a tough postion
