Also yes you can geht a very nice ass with persitence, I'm just hating for fun. You so look like you have Potential for an Ass Queen but with your build I'd avoid going to deep into the whole chest thing. Because you are generally of a skinny build, this will make you look to "sharp" pretty quick. Very few man like that, and the benefit for your tits size ist marginal at best.
